Meet our Real Estate Revival

We know we say it all the time but this one was so special. Our real estate friend came to us wanting to take the Century 21 office she leads her team in from cold and sterile to cozy and spectacular. She wanted it to be a place she and her teammates would •want• to work and collaborate in, as well as a space she’d be proud to bring clients back to.

So we did. After talking extensively about function and how the space is used, we incorporated a design that would allow them to work more efficiently, comfortably, and it being a space other colleagues in the office building would be envious of.

The design includes:

• A bomb custom black acrylic logo wall and custom coasters from @emaliakaydesigns

• Comfortable seating with a triple universal charging pad

• A tv that turned into a desktop computer for team members to access

• Pillows, blankets, and a pouf ottoman for versatile comfort during late nights at the office

• Organization for team swag, document access, and individual mail slots

• Her magazine spread and team photos framed

• A custom designed glass board that showcases the values and tenets of the company

• Softer lighting options

• Privacy film

• Important personal touches to make it feel like a home away from home

This project was so much freaking fun, and we are so excited for the incredible Wayhome Team to thrive in here. Cherry on top? We did the reveal on her birthday!
